Notes:
(1) When viewing the routes below in Google Earth, in the Google Earth sidebar uncheck 'Waypoints', 'Routes', and 'Tracks/Points', so that you are viewing 'Path' only. This makes it much clearer.
(2) To save a GPS track as a .gpx file that can be used in a GPS unit, open the .txt version below in your browser then right-click, select all, and copy and paste into Windows Notepad or a similar text editor, then save it to your hard drive with a .gpx file extension instead of .txt. Alternatively, download the route ZIP and unzip as required.
